Wine Tasting at Home
You do not have to be a wine sommelier to be a connoisseur. You can buy literature in any good book store that will keep you informed on different wines, and what to accompany each. Invite friends over and discuss. Another approach would be to ask each guest to bring a bottle and a complimenting cheese and each guest is to explain about their selection from grape to after taste. Voila!
